Cheryl Johnson, Broker / Owner
Cheryl has varied experience beyond Real Estate, including corporate marketing for several national companies, and more than 10 years in the home improvement and decor business. Her variety of experience and contacts can be a great asset to you when buying or selling a home. With over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service, she believes the key to cultivating long-term relationships is being in touch and staying in touch. She works tirelessly to ensure a successful outcome in every transaction.
Cheryl realizes people need more than a place to shop for real estate services - they need a trusted advisor and an advocate. She wants her clients to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To her, it's all about relationships.
Regarded as a strong negotiator, creative problem-solver, and loyal advocate for her clients, customers, and agents, Cheryl has earned the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Service Expert “LSE” designation. This professional development focuses on meeting client expectations, delivering great service, expressing gratitude, communicating effectively, practicing active listening, and maintaining accountability. Cheryl has also earned the Sellers Representative Specialist and Real Estate Negotiation Expert designations. The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The premier certification for negotiation, RENE, is designed to elevate negotiating skills so that today's real estate professionals can effectively advocate for their clients. The SRS and RENE designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
Cheryl is a proud member of the Gulf Coast Area, Mississippi, and the National Association of Realtors, and she subscribes to Inman, the industry's leading source of real estate information. She is also a member of the Biloxi Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of the office, you can find Cheryl spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring the back roads of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast on her motorcycle!
